When I launch a game, the headset dampens my sound.
I'm having an issue with my new Steelseries Arctis 9X Wireless headset. When launching a game, the audio on my PC becomes very muffled. I've adjusted everything in the sonar mixer and tried all the settings in the app, but it still doesn't work. The device was made for Xbox, though it claimed compatibility with Windows.
