When computers enter sleep mode with fans at full speed
I changed to a new motherboard for my compact PC (Gigabyte AMD Ryzen A520 AM4 Mini-ITX). When it starts, it briefly reaches 100% before settling into the fan curve. During sleep mode, the fans run at full speed, and I can't force it off except by resetting the power supply. Is there a BIOS setting that could help resolve this?
