When can we be sure that RDR2 will not appear to PC anymore.
When can we be sure that RDR2 will not appear to PC anymore.
The phrasing sounds kind of strange, here goes nothing:
When would be a good time to be sure that RDR2 will not arrive to PC? So i know when to buy a PS console.
😀
The game released on console in October 2018 right. Can we say that if the game doesn't reach PC during the summer of 2020, it never will?
Waiting skill improving :d 100+
There is no guaranteed PC release date for Red Dead Redemption 2. It isn't guaranteed we’ll ever get one, either: the original Red Dead Redemption has so far never made it to our home platform, so we sincerely hope the sequel doesn’t follow suit. However, if we accept that the game will release on PC eventually, then it is possible that Rockstar will follow the same release pattern they used for Grand Theft Auto 5, which launched a year and a half after its console debut on PS3 and Xbox 360. This means that a Red Dead Redemption 2 PC release date of April 2020 could be a sensible bet...
Likely, the year 2020. If a release doesn't occur by then, we likely won’t receive the personal computer version of this game.
Differentiating from the console version, there’s no established launch date for Red Dead Redemption 2 on PC; it remains uncertain whether one will ever materialize, considering that the initial Red Dead Redemption has yet to appear on personal computers, and we earnestly desire that the sequel doesn't mirror this situation.
Nevertheless, assuming a PC release is eventually feasible, Rockstar might replicate their previous strategy—launching Grand Theft Auto 5 approximately eighteen months following its console debut on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. Consequently, an April 2020 PC launch for Red Dead Redemption 2 would represent a reasonable projection, though still no better than a futile wait.
Regarding official announcements, there has been a complete absence of updates concerning a PC version of Red Dead Redemption 2. It hasn’t been dismissed nor validated.
However, a recent indication originated from a LinkedIn post by Nan Ma, a former employee who alluded to development for Xbox, PlayStation 4, and PC; this statement was subsequently removed after generating significant media attention, though it remains a noteworthy remark.
