Hey everyone! I have a 2021 ROG Zephyrus G14 (GA401QM) that used to freeze itself about once a week because it went bluescreening. When I looked at the error code in the Event Viewer, my SSD was named there, so I updated its firmware and everything worked fine for a month... until now. The stop code on the blue screen is WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR. Here are the details: param1 is 0x10, param2 is 0xFFFF86811439F028, param3 is 0xFFFF868FFB52692C, and param4 is 0xFFFF868FFB53B1A0. I didn't get a dump file because Event 161 in the Event Viewer said no dump was created, but under the event data section it says this: \Device\HarddiskVolume3 000000000100000000000000A10004C000000600010000C00000000000000000000000000000000000Edit: I used DiskPart to look at HarddiskVolume3 and it looks like my recovery partition on the SSD... I don't know what that means but I hope this helps. I'll attach pictures of the blue screen later. I'm not sure why, but there is a graphical glitching at the bottom of the screen. Also, this only happened when the laptop was unplugged; maybe that's just luck or it might be something else too. If you need more info about my laptop please lmk!
