The ASRock B450M Pro4 AM4 M-ATX supports Ryzen 5 2600 from the box. You don’t need to flash the BIOS unless you want updates. It supports a range of compatible CPUs.

A 400 series board can run any 2000 series processor out of the box. It also works with 3000 series chips, though it might lack the proper BIOS. Recently, support for 5000 series CPUs was added, but it likely doesn’t include the updated BIOS. For more info, check the details. By the way, I own this board and a 2600, and it’s performed well for me.
