What's your next plan to purchase a Ubisoft title?
Even if I need an apology from Ubisoft, I’ll still buy The Crew.
EA stands out tenfold over Ubi. I regularly play BF4, also enjoy BF3, and have never faced issues with Origin or Battlelog—it flows smoothly. Ubisoft, on the other hand, keeps me waiting until uPlay updates before it works properly. Even after Splinter Cell Blacklist, my friend got it with a 780, but uPlay still insists we’re out of sync. They can’t even manage updates well, and we’ve seen different versions without any notice. After hours of searching, I discovered a workaround that players have found, since Ubi doesn’t seem to care about their games.
I plan to purchase Assassin's Creed, Far Cry, and any upcoming Watch Dogs titles if they arrive. I understand that no PC gamer is satisfied with lower graphics settings. Still, a game isn't terrible just because of the visuals. It hurts when developers make changes we dislike, but I won’t stop buying games I actually want to play. There are modders available, and consoles aren’t the only option. Ubisoft encourages us to customize their products so they match our vision. That’s why everything turns out okay.
I haven't found any humor lately. This performance was superior to the Ubisoft announcement. They might want to consider hiring you.
They recently released the PC version of Watch_Dogs and seem to intend to make another for Far Cry 4. Will you purchase from them again? I’m unlikely to do so. If they intentionally provide a worse experience, I won’t support them financially.
