Previously I enjoyed top-tier graphics with an 8800GTX, and Crysis was a standout visual experience. Now I own a 980 MSI Gaming card, but what’s the most impressive visual game today? Up to this point, I’ve played Tomb Raider and Skyrim – both look decent. However, many Metro titles are available, though their quality is still debated. With limited funds, I’m unsure about purchasing all the games I want. Do you have any legal demo versions of your favorite titles?

I was planning to mention Skyrim modded as well. High-quality 4K textures, depth of field effects, FXAA, water details, and improved mesh work would make a big difference.

metro last light and Crysis 3 keep producing cards, Witcher 2 status unknown, though it's possible the 3 version was released.

Crysis 3 and Battlefield 4 stand out as the top games without mods, except for the infamous F******* S*** out of Skyrim.

I’m looking for additional programs that support DSR and allow testing “fake 4k Skyrim.”

I previously used GeDoSaTo for similar tasks. Now I favor Nvidia DSR since it offers broader compatibility and isn’t restricted to DirectX 9. http://blog.metaclassofnil.com/?page_id=582
