I'm setting up a budget PC with strong upgrade options. I'm planning to use an Athlon APU and am unsure which model to pick—200GE, 240GE, or 3000. The main difference I see is that the 240GE and 3000 offer better boost performance compared to the 200GE.

They match except for a 3000G requirement of an updated BIOS to enable it

They function similarly. All are built on First Gen Zen architecture and feature dual cores. The 3000g is an upgrade from the 240ge, should outperform the 200ge while matching the 240ge. However, if you can spare extra funds, increasing your budget by around $25 could get you at least the 3200g. It’s a Zen+ CPU that offers roughly double the performance of the 3000g.

Checked the 3200g price, but it’s expensive. Considering my location in South America, the cost would be around $100.
