Those spec cards are a bit outdated, yet they offer more power than your GPU. Your system is around eight years old and wasn’t very strong back then, so upgrading might be a good idea eventually.

Upgrading would still be advisable. Does the game that fails to launch produce errors? For example, crashes occur during DX launches. Running it without meeting the minimum requirements doesn’t guarantee performance—just lower frame rates.
