I'm experiencing low FPS on my Ryzen 5 2600 with TUF Gaming B450 Plus, 8GB RAM at 2666MHz, and a GeForce 8400 XT. The issue persists even in low settings. Could it be related to the GPU or the RAM? Thanks for your help!

It's a GT 210... that device is quite basic. You're seeing around 45 FPS, which fits well for a GPU of that era. Keep in mind, it was mainly built for older systems and HTPCs to stream HD YouTube clips and local content. Gaming wasn't its main purpose.

You should consider detaching your GPU. It seems your RAM might be struggling as well, since the CPU-Z shows no DRAM speed. The benchmarking also felt sluggish.

You're left with no option but to save it unless you bring something else. The Ryzen 2600 lacks built-in graphics, so you'll need a dedicated GPU to start up.

How can you achieve screen output without it? The Ryzen 2600 lacks built-in graphics; without a G suffix (like 2400G), it doesn’t include integrated graphics. You’ll need a dedicated GPU—even something simple such as the GT210—to produce display output.
