What you're referring to is the UEFI specification. Did you install Windows with support for CSM? The SAM (Smart Access Memory) bar on your board is resizable. Before enabling 4G decoding, ensure that 4G decoding is activated. If Windows was installed without CSM support (CSM disabled), you'll need to reinstall it and make these changes. With the available RAM, manually adjust the frequency to 2933 and set the DRAM voltage to 1.35v.
I'll handle this right away. My bios setup is old, I don't remember the exact installation steps, but it seems to be linked with CSM support since turning it off causes issues and redirects me back to the bios. I plan to reinstall Windows to enable SAM and then try the RAM solution soon. Please let me know the results. Thanks again!
Updates:
I opened the XMP profile and am sure they are running at 3000MHz.
I did a clean install of Windows 11 and converted it to UEFI.
I opened the resize bar; I don't quite understand what this changes.
Here is the cp77 benchmark result.

There are still stutters. If you have any other suggestions, I will do them. Maybe it's just because my components are old, who knows?
