It comes with one that should work. There is no absolute need to add an additional cooler. Probably better off getting a bit bigger SSD or better GPU or something along those lines with the money you were going to spend on a cooler

Yes, absolutely! With a GTX 1060 6GB and an i5-8400, you’ll be fine running PUBG with a stock cooler at 60 FPS on low/medium settings. The GTX 1060 is surprisingly capable, and capping the framerate helps to reduce heat spikes and stuttering. It's a great setup for playing PUBG comfortably!
