I tried the heating method after Linus attempted it, but the Rx6800 still didn’t show anything. The GPU is also causing issues with the PC, and it’s now completely out of the system. Help needed! Edit: RMA wasn’t available.

Reach out to the producer for a return authorization... it would have been better to do that earlier before baking.

They say there’s nothing that can assist really. If the item could be returned for repair as soon as it arrives, you’ll likely be denied.

I believe Linus should cease producing these types of videos, as they often risk damaging parts and nullify the warranty.

When all options are exhausted, it might be the best choice available.

It might be useful to check if the solder connections are loose. Other issues with the GPU could exist and won't be resolved by heating it. I also question whether the reseller would accept a warranty claim if baking was involved.

This method isn't suitable for use in an oven, especially when preparing meals.

Yes... it's too late now, but the oven trick still helps with certain problems.

It seems the video included a cautionary note, and then it mentioned a sponsor.

Absolutely, I was certain it would be that way, yet I held onto the belief.
