PCPartPicker Part List
Here’s the breakdown of the components I selected for my build in Europe. I’m unsure which PSU to choose because the Z790 motherboard has two 8-core CPU pin connectors, and I’m not sure which one fits best. There are options available around 370 euros, but I’d appreciate any other recommendations that could work. Thanks.

This unit includes 2x EPS connectors, 1x 4+4pin EPS and 1x8pin EPS, maintaining your current motherboard choices.

I found this choice at the store where I choose components. They require all parts to come from one location because they combine them and offer warranty. If I buy parts from different places, issues might arise and they could refuse returns, saying I damaged everything. So it’s best to stick with what I already have in one local shop.

Will it function with my configuration? I'm completely confused—I've never seen a 2x8 pin motherboard before. (Living in the stone age!)

You generally don’t have to connect those additional pins. The standard 2x4 connector supplies the necessary power for the CPU. Those extra connections exist mainly for handling heavy loads and extreme overclocking. To be honest, I’m not sure exactly what the 13900K requires to operate at its typical performance, since it’s probably a very demanding chip. Besides that, any quality PSU with sufficient wattage should include a second cable for connecting the CPU. I think my 750W PSU came with a dedicated CPU power cable as well.
