I was curious about what the CPU could assist with in Minecraft beyond FPS—things like longer render distances, quicker load times, or other game features without affecting frame rate. It seems memory and RAM play a role here, as more space can improve rendering quality. The GPU is responsible for handling graphics tasks, so it helps with visuals but not directly with FPS. Based on what you mentioned, having better RAM and CPU performance likely leads to smoother distances in the game and faster loading times.

I don't have current specifications. Could you clarify what you mean by "current specs"?

However, render distance plays a big role in frame rate. Increasing the settings—like the render distance—can boost performance on one machine but slow others down. Generally, the CPU has the biggest impact on how smoothly things run.

Before purchasing a PC, focus on essential specs that impact performance for tasks like loading times, rendering speed, and shader handling. Prioritize a solid processor, sufficient RAM, and adequate storage. Consider graphics card capabilities if you plan to use demanding games or creative software.

Vanilla Minecraft uses a lot of CPU power, but with Shaders it shifts to GPU processing.

not a common concern since RAM doesn't directly influence FPS; however, storage capacity can impact performance when RAM is low. If RAM runs out, it may affect gameplay speed. Vannila and modded versions are popular choices for Minecraft League of Legends and CS GO.
