You have an i5-9600K processor, an AORUS Z390 Pro Wi-Fi card, and 32GB of DDR4 memory. You aim to boost the memory speed to 3200 MHz and set the CPU to 4.6 GHz using XMP settings. You want to disable boost mode and ensure consistent performance at that frequency. Since you’re unsure about the previous setup, you’re wondering if it’s possible to adjust this without changing the XMP profile and what changes are necessary.

You don’t have to modify the RAM, XMP is enough.
To increase the CPU speed, you’ll adjust the multiplier to match a specific core count. You’ll need to determine the required voltage. If you’re not aiming for a high overclock, auto can be an option. Once you’ve set everything, run a stress test to ensure stability.
