My motherboard and harddrive both failed last week. I swapped them out, installed a fresh Windows 10, but the computer still crashes during heavy tasks. It also froze in the middle of the night without cause, and when trying to update GPU drivers. My mother board's BIOS and drivers are all current. How can I identify what's causing these issues?

Power supply - model no. ssr-750fx
How recent is the PSU? What is the brand and model of the SSD/HDD containing the operating system? Regarding your operating system, where did you obtain the installer from? For drivers, did the OS automatically download and install the appropriate ones for your platform?

everything is about three years old.
it's a crucial 1 TB SSD model.
crucial - MX500.
i downloaded the windows 10 iso from windows and burned it onto a DVD.
yes, all the driver installs from windows updates, then from the motherboard asus page.
is there no way to just test the cpu or psu?
