What specifications does this memory have?

I have 4 micron memory sticks with part number MTA18ASF2G72PDZ-2G3D1SI.

I was thinking about using them with the ASUS B550M-A Prime WiFi II AMD AM4 microATX Motherboard, but I was told they wouldn't fit.
Is it clear why they won't work? I searched for the specifications on the microns website but didn’t find any.
