Yeah, CCleaner might help a bit, but it also does a lot of annoying things, so I'm going to undo some of its changes and delete them again.

Make sure your settings are flipped to switch the value back and see if it works. Also, confirm your network is private.

This doesn't make sense to me, as I don't have any restrictions on internet usage, but it's not available in Denmark except on mobile networks.
