Welcome to the forums, newcomer!
Take out the discrete GPU from the build and check if you can disable the display using the motherboard/iGPU. Identify which two slots are being filled with RAM on the motherboard. You’ll need to provide more details about your RAM model. Examine the CPU socket for any bent or damaged pins.
I used two different psu's and got identical results - some motherboard indicators lit, but fans, LEDs, GPU, and case components had no power. This happened with the second motherboard as well. Regarding your question, the two ram sticks I mentioned are: G.SKILL Trident Z5 RGB Series 32GB (2 x 16GB) 288-Pin PC RAM DDR5 6000 (PC5 48000) Desktop Memory Model F5-6000J3636F16GX2-TZ5RK, placed in slots B2 and B4 according to the guidelines. The cpu socket is in excellent condition. I received a full refund for the original motherboard.
