Consider upgrading to a higher-end CPU like an i7 or i9 for better performance. Check compatibility with your H110 board and ensure the new CPU fits in the socket.

Are you into gaming? Or is there something else you're into? Your CPU seems solid.

Consider Ryzen 3600 paired with MSI Tomahawk MAX, or switch to Gaming Plus if it's expensive—the 6C/12T works great for VR setups.

It's roughly 300 euros, which feels quite costly to me. How does the Ryzen 5 1600 compare? It's about 80 euros less.

12nm AF model, under €100. The H110 isn’t a major upgrade, so alternatives like B350 or X370 Pro4 might work, lowering the cost even more.

The 1600 might not offer much advantage in most titles due to its weak single-core performance versus the 7th generation processors. The 3600 is expected to be a more substantial long-term upgrade, delivering a clear performance boost.
