What RAM?
Looking at the product page, you were considering 4x8GB DDR4 RAM with a 3600 MHz clock speed and CL16 compatibility.
Quad channel offers extra performance while 32 gigs seems excessive for most users. Bandwidth standards remain consistent across platforms, and 32 gigs isn’t necessary for the majority of tasks. These prices appear inflated and don’t justify the added features. Most likely, Hynix is targeting a higher-end market. What’s your budget? Trident Z is considered too expensive without significant benefits.
It's unclear what this scenario involves, but 32GB is considered the standard for the next Microsoft Flight Simulator, which is why I chose it. Alternatively, 16GB paired with two could be a more suitable option.
It depends on what you linked. If it’s a good option, go with it. If not, consider alternatives.
