I have a seasonic 750w for my rx 7700 xt sapphire nitro+ oc. It should be sufficient with my i7 12700kf and the rest of the parts. For heavy load gaming and similar tasks, it should perform well or I might need to upgrade to an 850w psu.

I also have coil whine, though it's not very loud. It varies depending on the game, but I've capped the FPS and it's fine. I'm thinking about upgrading my monitor, but I'm not sure what to choose. Should I get a new monitor or a PSU 850W to help reduce the whine? For the PSU, I found one from MSI - MSI MPG A850GF 80+ gold.

The Seasonic is a basic gold piece. It's decent but not outstanding. For a 7700XT it works okay.
The MSI is quite loud. It's unclear what you prefer most, whether it's a quiet coil or a powerful fan.

it isn't that bad this coil, but i just wanted to mention that it would be nice if i could reduce it. i talked to one of my friends, and he said that after switching to a new psu, he eliminated the coil whine for his 7800 xt.

I saw on amd site for an 7700 xt it needs a 700+ psu. I think I'm at the limit, unsure. On paper my pc drains max 550-600 w, but in reality it's probably more.
