I'm between two processor options. I already have a Ryzen motherboard, so I need to choose between the AMD 5 3600 and the AMD 7 3700X. Prices in Sweden differ by around $100. I thought about buying the 5 3600 but it's currently out of stock everywhere. The 5 5600G seems like a middle ground in price. What should I pick?
In gaming you'll likely notice minimal FPS changes, possibly just a few digits between these CPUs. When thread count matters more, the 3700X is ideal but I'd aim for the 5600X if achievable. If that's not feasible, opting for 3600X makes sense since they don't justify the higher cost.
