Based on what I've noticed, both the gateway and the server appliance have been phased out, making it difficult to determine their pricing.

There are definitely individuals interested in discussing these topics on the unofficial Ubiquiti Discord: https://discord.gg/ui. Besides that, I suggest checking eBay and opting for the "Sold Listings" section. The UAS-XG model is priced between $1000 and $1200, while I bought one for roughly $950 last year.
