Budget: $70 - $100 (it's okay if it exceeds $110, but I’d prefer under $70)
PC Specs:
CPU: i7-12700F
Motherboard: MSI Pro Z690-A
GPU: rtx 3070
RAM: 32gb
Storage: 5tb total
Current PSU: Thermaltake smart 700 watt
I need a power supply that can support both my new and old GPUs.

Yeah, that TT Smart is junk. You have to replace it anyway. There's nothing reasonable available up to $70. It start with $80

Why do you want to add the 1660 Super to the PC?
With
https://pcpartpicker.com/product/CF...od...850g-bkcus
you can run both.

Thank you, and I want to add the 1660 super because I like using blender but rendering takes forever and I was doing some research and found out having 2 gpu's makes rendering a lot faster.
