Hi, I'm checking the necessary power supply for my build.
Specs include: motherboard ASRock B450M-HDV R4.0 AM4, AMD Promontory B450, CPU Ryzen 5 5500 with overclocking potential up to 75% of max OC, GPU AMD RX 7600 with similar overclocking range, RAM G.SKILL Ripjaws V Series 16GB (2x8GB), 288-pin DDR4 SDRAM at 3200MHz, and a 256GB NVMe SSD.
I'm also considering the 256GB Kingston SSD option.

Without OC, power output is around 70W. With OC, it can reach up to 100W. Without OC, transient spikes are about 185W, but we can estimate 200W or 250W for OC. The remaining components use roughly 100W (possibly less). Therefore, the total comes to about 450W, and a high-quality PSU will suffice. Recommended PSUs include Seasonic Focus/Vertex/PRIME, Corsair RMx/RMi/HXi/AXi, and Super Flower Leadex Gold/Platinum/Titanium.
