I need a budget-friendly PSU to power these components: Intel Core i7-2700k, AMD HD 7450, 2x8GB DDR3 RAM, and a 500GB SSD. I also plan to upgrade with a GTX 1050 Ti.

Search for components similar to a Corsair 650W or comparable. If you plan to switch to more demanding gear, an 850W brand is suitable. However, this might be excessive for your setup. Avoid underpriced power supplies, as a faulty one can ruin everything else and all your data.

Maybe this one?
I recently purchased a Corsair CX550 to replace an older setup, aware it only has three SATA power connectors.
MSI MAG offers more power with five SATA ports.
The CX550 is lightweight and affordable, while the RM650/750/850 suits heavier builds better.

Even a 300w unit is sufficient. Could you let me know your country or the webshop where you'd like to buy a PSU?

The main issues are locating a reputable brand that provides 300W PSUs and obtaining compatible components. I discovered a Be quiet model, but it isn’t ATX. The cost difference is around £30. Upgrading to a more powerful GPU would require an additional £30 for better compatibility. My 650W setup worked well with my 2700x and R9 390 for many years.
