Hi, I've assembled my PC more than eight years ago, and it's functioning properly. It still runs on Windows 10 since the hardware can't support Windows 11. The problem I'm encountering is that Windows displays 'No Internet, secured' and the status page shows 'Not Connected'. The system operates normally with certain applications like Chrome or Steam, but when apps such as EA Play or Spotify use the Windows polling feature to check internet connectivity, it reports a disconnection. This issue started after a move. I've tried all the troubleshooting steps available online: resetting Wi-Fi, Ethernet, and network settings; disabling Windows network polling; changing the server used for testing (http://www.msftconnecttest.com/connecttest.txt); connecting via Ethernet to the router; using mobile data with a Wi-Fi adapter; switching to regular Wi-Fi; completely resetting Windows; altering DNS servers; resetting the router; and even tested three different network adapters, including USB and PCIe ones. I've confirmed that the date/time settings are correct on Windows. Is this related to my motherboard? Should I replace it, or is there another cause? Would upgrading my hardware to support Windows 11 be necessary to fix this? This issue has persisted for over three months, while other laptops and mobile devices connected via Wi-Fi are working fine. Thanks.

When sharing a troubleshooting thread, it's standard to detail your system's specifications. List them clearly as follows:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
Include the PSU age along with its brand and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this time.
This problem has persisted for over three months, while other devices connected to my Wi-Fi are functioning normally.
Assuming the device was purchased directly from your ISP, what is the model of your wireless router?
