You'll need a compatible 2x 3080 motherboard that supports dual-channel overclocking and has sufficient PCIe lanes for both CPUs.

Calculating the right specs: 2x 3080s gives you the bandwidth you need. If you only require 8x, you can skip the extra capacity.

Generally, any ATX motherboard will work. The rest of your system plays a big role in deciding the best choice, especially if you plan to overclock your CPU. Share your build details if you can, or let me know your budget, currency, and what you intend to use your PC for.

I don’t have a build preview; I created one on Newegg but wasn’t sure if it was solid. I need a PC that fits in a big suitcase and costs around $2500.

I don't require SLI, just one for gaming and another for mining while in use.

avoid complex hashing methods and simply rely on straightforward hashing to save effort and reduce GPU usage in mining.
