According to what I understand...
RMx features a 140mm fan, Japanese capacitors, and a 10-year warranty.
RMe has a 120mm fan, Taiwanese capacitors, and a 7-year warranty.
RMx seems to be slightly superior to RMe.

I believe the build quality of the 'x' version is superior to the 'e' version. At the power supply level of 750W, the distinction is very small, around $10. If that's true for these models, choose the x.
