The problem involves frames being lost during specific actions. It seems the frames aren't loading properly or my monitor isn't receiving them. Audio remains stable, and any in-game movement is still detected even when there are interruptions, causing the screen to briefly reset. This occurs while I perform certain tasks:
--Opening chests or containers in GoW Ragnarök, Baldur's Gate 3, Enter the Gungeon, Control, Cyberpunk 2077, Skyrim (modded and un-modded), Fallout 4 (modded and un-modded).
--Viewing contents of containers without opening them in Baldur's Gate 3, Cyberpunk 2077, Skyrim, Fallout 4.
--Whenever an enemy dies in Enter the Gungeon.
--In Baldur's Gate 3 when my cursor hovers over an item or container to display details.
Only the NVIDIA Control Panel and the required launcher are running in the background. I've adjusted BIOS settings to default optimized modes and set a manual fan curve with XMP enabled. This works across most games I play, making it clear enough to seek assistance.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Parts list below.

i've never encountered this specific GX3 line before, but the GX2 seems of poor quality and isn't meant for heavy dedicated GPU work. if they're using similar production methods, it's possible this unit might struggle to maintain a consistent power supply to the GPU in certain situations. i’d be cautious about switching to a more reliable model and would compare performance. i’d also test the game installation disks for any issues, perform MEMTEST86+ to detect memory problems, use DDU in Safe Mode with all graphics data removed, reinstall drivers directly from Nvidia without GeForce Experience, verify that the latest motherboard and chipset drivers are installed, consult the motherboard support page to confirm F11 is the most recent BIOS, and run DISM and SFC checks for potential OS errors.

HDD? The majority of your actions are not stored permanently in main memory and must be fetched from the HDD. This will increase your reliance on HDD access speeds. Also, what amount of RAM do you possess; paging might occur under certain conditions, further affecting your dependence on HDD times.

I left my SSD out of my parts list. I'm using a Samsung P990 Pro 2TB. My budget PSU is decent, but this might be the issue. I'll share an update once I have a replacement PSU. Thanks.

Another commenter mentioned it might be the same problem. As I considered my symptoms more closely, I noticed connections between this matter and several other minor issues I hadn’t realized were potentially linked to a less-than-ideal PSU. Thank you kindly!
