Obtain a USB flash drive (containing the HDD) and place all the installation files on it.
Transfer all installation files to c:\install\ on each computer.
Install all programs from the C: drive.
Alternatively, you can create a clone of a drive that already has all the software installed, but be aware this will also copy the operating system, which may cause licensing problems. I have limited knowledge about this process.

For systems such as Dell Optiplex, I utilized ghost/clone to duplicate the initial installation and then transferred storage to the devices. In these instances, the key was on the box, eliminating any licensing concerns.

You can also configure a network drive, assign each PC to that drive, and keep all the install programs on the network drive. I would copy all the install programs to c:\install\ and install them from there, not from the network drive. You can also remove c:\install\ if needed.
