Hi,
The automatic BitLocker encryption appears to be active on your Dell laptop during/after the Windows 11 installation. You're considering a clean reinstall to remove this protection. The Rufus app can generate a Windows 11 USB installer that avoids enabling BitLocker by default. Your main question is whether you need to adjust the TPM settings first or if simply wiping the system drive and using the bypassed Rufus installer will suffice.
Thanks.

You can also set it up normally (without altering anything) and turn off BitLocker once the installation is complete.
