Welcome to the forums, newcomer!
You enter the BIOS, set your phone to record a video, and then navigate through each section individually, or at least those you've changed after POST. You can also use an old method with a sheet of A4 paper.

In fact, I simply answered my own query by inserting an exfat formatted USB drive into Mobo, pressing F12 on the keyboard, and it captured a snapshot of the photo as a .bmp file.
