There are free or paid options available for downloading live streams from YouTube or Rumble when they haven’t ended yet. For important political events with limited remaining time, I need a method to quickly save parts of the broadcast as MP3 podcasts, so I can listen on my phone without waiting at home. Current tools like 4K video downloader don’t support this, but ByClick can retrieve streams that are still playing but without audio.

You must have personally recorded the video feed to understand what's happening. The information isn't stored in a way that can be accessed externally, even if it is saved.
