I would like the CPU to operate at a reduced voltage when idle, such as 0.600V or 0.800V, and reach a higher voltage during load conditions, around 1.420V for my I7-11700K that’s currently being overclocked. I’ve attempted adjustments by modifying the voltage mode, activating power-saving features in BIOS like C States and Intel Speedstep, and setting Windows 10 power plan to Balanced, but these changes haven’t resolved the issue. The CPU still runs at approximately 1.390–1.400V with Adaptive voltage mode, increasing toward 1.420–1.430V during stress tests with Realbench and even higher when using OCCT. These are the settings I’m currently using. Keep in mind that overclocking is still pending.

Not auto, but manually switching profiles in throttlestop
Throttlestop profiles are set by hand
Hi, I've been using xtu for a while but switched to throttlestop because xtu doesn't let me turn off turbo boost. Turbo boost has almost no impact on performance for everyday tasks like word processing, chrome, and some games. In xtu I had created profiles which...

I’m not entirely clear on what you mean, but with the i7-7700K I had Turbo Boost turned on in the BIOS. For that chip I achieved voltages around 0.600V during idle and 1.225V during load, which is similar to what I hope for with my new i7-11700K.
