What laptop suits gaming best?

Hi everyone,
I own an MSI Raider Laptop with:
RTX 2080
i7-8750H
32GB RAM
1TB M.2 SSD
In all games I achieve 60-70 fps max on low settings, and around 70 fps on ultra. It seems the CPU might be limiting performance.
I’m looking for a laptop that supports low-detail gaming with high FPS (120+). Games like Hunt Showdown, CS2 & Fortnite are on my list.
If I sell my current setup, would upgrading to something like the Alienware M15 with:
32GB RAM
RTX 3060
Ryzen 5800H
1TB SSD be better for higher FPS? The Alienware CPU could help push better performance?

since i play competitive games and here require a high refresh rate and good fps, people don't focus on the visual quality, fps is important

The "new" laptop might not reach those speeds either. The CPU analysis supports the "new" laptop, though the existing laptop probably performs better than the new GPU. When playing games, are you connected via a wired or wireless connection?
