Hello everyone, I’m reaching out about a problem with my motherboard. I have a small board for an Onyx Studio 4 Speaker (Harman/Kardon) and it has a burned resistor—probably 2R2 or 2A2, though I’m not sure. I’m trying to figure out why this happened and need advice on how to replace the SMD component. I bought it used online and didn’t find the schematic for this model. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your help!

It appears you have a 2R2 resistor. Check its value and swap it for an identical component. This type is known as surface mount.
