What kind of performance can I anticipate from my PC?
So I haven’t found any benchmarks for my PC specs against current games, which makes it hard to tell if my performance is typical for my system. In Overwatch on Ultra settings (not the highest preset), my frame rates are between 240 and 330fps depending on the game action, usually around 280 to 300 fps most of the time. In New Warzone I see about 130-140 frames with most settings high, but it’s really tough to get stable frames because the game is poorly optimized. In Fortnite I get roughly 200-300 frames on Dx12 with low settings enabled, though the view distance is set to Epic, which makes it hard to maintain smooth play. These are the games I’m currently playing and I just want to confirm they look normal.

Background CPU usage is very high at 71%. This high level affects benchmark accuracy.
I received the same result and had Task Manager open with CPU usage never exceeding 15%. However, after changing the GPU BIOS switch to another setting, the PC has been behaving differently again. The performance feels worse now and I'm experiencing stuttering. I returned to the original BIOS and updated my drivers, but nothing improved. I don't know what to do next.
