I'm curious about the most suitable adhesive for reattaching my IHS to my CPU end. Some people suggest using nothing and relying on the motherboard to secure it, but I'm not sure. Others recommend Greala Glur. Does anyone know what works best? It seems leaving the smallest gap might help, so I'd just check each option carefully before deciding.

You might consider adjusting the voltage setting—it's unclear what 2.8V is supposed to be. If you choose the delid method, you don't necessarily have to reseal; the socket will keep it securely in place. There are different suggestions for sealing, ranging from a tiny bit of super glue at each corner to completely replacing the silicone adhesive.

You might consider rephrasing the post—it's a bit confusing to read. I think there was a typo. 2.8V? That’s unclear. If you go that route, you don’t really need to reseal; the socket will keep it securely in place. There are different suggestions for sealing, from a little super glue at each corner to completely replacing the silicone adhesive.
