What issue is making my new keyboard function incorrectly?
A few months ago I had to purchase another keyboard for my Win 7 desktop. It was a Logitech model. Sometimes it functions properly, but recently I find myself rewriting certain words that I am certain I entered correctly. I have been typing for over 30 years. For instance, I would begin a sentence and reread it, noticing the word 'and' appeared several times without me having typed it. I don’t know how to fix this and although you won’t see the errors I made in this post because I edited it, I’m seeking some guidance. What could be causing this issue? Have I used other keyboards before and they worked fine? Is there something specific in the software that needs attention?
Is the device a wireless keyboard? (out of range?)
Does the issue affect all software you use for typing, or is it limited to a specific application like MS Word?
Providing the model or make would assist the community.
It is connected via USB and I don't even use a word processor; I mainly respond to emails and occasionally ask for support, like in this case or on other Forum sites.
Sorry ...... I was away for a few days, but the problem remains. ...Today I asked Google a question about defining a word that seemed to include every other word as an example. Define and the word "discombobulated" and so on. "And" was added gradually. Is this typical of a Logitech keyboard?

It's unfortunate, but these drivers aren't compatible with my Win 7 desktop. I also don't see the keyboard listed in Device Manager.
is it your windows 7 desktop that is leading to the problems ?
In theory, removing the keyboard drivers and checking for hardware changes should identify missing drivers and reinstall them from the online Microsoft database. But, windows 7 is quite outdated and no longer supported, which adds another challenge. I stopped using windows 7 many years ago.
