What issue is affecting your computer?
3 months ago my PC was always fine, never had any issues. Recently I bought a new Asrock A380 Challenger GPU. I took it to a repair shop to change the GPU because I didn’t want to do it myself. They told me the card was broken and I’m back to using the old parts. After that, if I try any game my PC locks up, the screen freezes, or the keyboard stops working. I removed the old GPU but the same problems happened. Changing the power supply didn’t help either. What could be wrong with my PC and how can I figure it out? Please help me, I really need your assistance.

If you're just browsing, watching a movie is fine. Some 2D games like Brawlhalla are good, Football Manager works well, but if you watch an open movie and Football Manager at the same time, it can be really tough.
Did you receive those artifacts during video playback with integrated graphics, or with the Asrock A380 Challenger discrete graphics card?
The i5-6400 doesn't work with Intel ARC A. You should use a CPU that has Resize Bar support, like Intel 10xxx or AMD Zen 2. The symptoms are that the power supply is overheating.
İ do really bad choice with this card and gpu match. My so many friend say no problem with it but no really dosen't work.
İ have not any video or picture with Arc-a380 but not so different this video. This video with HD 530 remove all GPU's from my pc.
Actually i thought good PSU but i think not. İ try with two psu Liteon 300w and xigmatek 500w psu's but result same. Maybe Arc a380 broke down my motherboard?
