Xmp refers to a specific configuration or setting related to the Fury Hyperx 16gb ddr4. The exact details of what xmp entails would depend on the manufacturer's documentation or user guides for that particular product.

The speed is 2666mhz. I have it configured at 1.35 volts and 3000mhz. I prefer not to increase the voltage. Can I adjust to 3200mhz using 1.35 volts?

the xmp is 2666 and you're within 3000, which is okay. or it might not boot.
