I've already looked through the Conduit results, but I don't have it yet—so it's not the cause. Also, I just installed a fresh version of Windows and built the PC yesterday.

Check the available services, scheduled tasks, and registry settings. This might not be the issue, especially after a fresh Windows setup. If everything appears normal, consider reinstalling Windows.
