what is this ?
I started my day by opening my computer and noticed something unusual afterward. I took it out of there. Since I hadn’t used any antivirus software, I installed Kaspersky and ran a full scan—everything came back clean. Can you tell me what this is? Did someone gain access to my PC?
It seems you likely have the ability to connect to someone named that person, including their computer… which could pose a risk. If you’re not familiar with this individual, consider disabling file sharing, checking your router’s firewall configuration, performing a fresh installation, and ensuring file sharing and RDP services are turned off.

This is just another PC on your network that you can share files with. I have something like this—my roommate’s computer since we’re on the same network: right-click > Remove Device, then refresh. It should disappear. Then check the instructions from @Needfuldoer on turning off network discovery because that setting is turned on by default after a new Windows install: Spoiler
The name "Togor" isn't widely recognized. Could you provide more context or details about where you encountered it?
