I've tried using online proxies before, but they're consistently very slow. Anyone have suggestions for a quick, free online proxy? I'm looking for a location outside the EU, though I think most proxies provide several options.

Each person is different. Being free and quick might not always work.
To reach speed, you might have to use a paid option.
There are many browsers with built-in free VPNs; I’m not sure if this would be useful for you.

free implies many users which can lead to slower connections.
a budget-friendly vpn is likely your top choice to switch your virtual location while keeping speed intact.
as mentioned earlier, some browsers come with built-in proxies like the opera browser. it could work well for browsing a basic site that doesn’t require much video.
