My build includes an fx6300, a gtx 960 with 4GB RAM, and 8GB DDR3 memory. I'm seeking an aftermarket CPU cooler but am unsure which option is best. I don't want to choose the 212 model since it's only about one-third of my CPU's cost. The main factors are price compared to the T4 or TX3 models. Is it the size? Also, I'm considering deepcool options as well. Here are some links you might find useful:

I'm hoping you can review these as well. Personally, I think the deepcool will perform better than the 212. For a cooler in the $15-25 range, what do you recommend?

WTF that is so pricey.
Some people prefer the 212 because of its low cost, but at those prices it doesn't offer good performance.
