I upgraded my processor from the 7900X3D to the 9950X. I mainly use the computer for design and artwork rather than gaming. I usually play scenario-based games at 4K resolution, which puts more strain on the GPU. So I switched to the plain X series, thinking I didn’t need the 3D Cache as much.
What are some simple-to-adjust PBO settings you could suggest for this 9950X? Which one would you recommend?
By default, I was turning on PBO Enhancement and setting the temperature limit to 90 degrees Celsius. Do you have any other suggestions?

Hello. I haven't watched that video yet, but I'm sure I will. Right now, I've only been using PBO Enhancement. It automatically changes the PBO according to the temperature limit I set. My aim isn't to overclock the processor, but to reduce the temperature slightly while keeping performance steady.
