If the situation involves a Billing Software for a small pharmacy or grocery store...
I aim to create a customer interface that allows users to place orders directly on their mobile devices, eliminating the need to send orders via WhatsApp and reducing manual input into the billing system.

I think both iPhone and the newest Android devices offer solid browsers... We already have all our personal and private information... There are no online transactions, but we can place orders later and our collection boy will pick up the payment face-to-face.

It's unclear exactly what you need. You create your apps to satisfy every requirement, using any tool or platform you know about. Build, code, test, deploy, and keep them running. I could handle it. But I can't (will no) build it for you.
